Good to know

With flexible self check-in using the key safe, you can check yourself in from 16:00. Check-out is no later than 11:00. We are happy to offer earlier check-in or later check-out subject to availability.

Please note that a late departure that delays our cleaning may incur additional charges.

Arriving early? You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in by prior arrangement. Just get in touch before your arrival.

A free parking space right at the property is available for your stay.

LOFT RIGI is also easy to reach by public transport: Küssnacht am Rigi train station is only around 5 minutes away on foot, and the bus stops right outside the door.

For direct bookings, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full booking amount is payable.

LOFT RIGI accommodates up to 6 guests, including a maximum of 4 adults.

The apartment is comprehensively equipped for families – with amenities including a cot, high chair, children's tableware, toys, board games and a changing mat.

For longer stays of 10 days or more, a mid-stay clean is included in the price.

Dogs up to around 18 kg or 45 cm in shoulder height and cats are welcome. Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture and must be kept in accordance with the applicable house rules.

Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your pet.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and throughout the building. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Breaches of the smoking ban incur a fee of CHF 250.– plus the cost of specialist cleaning and repairs. Open flames and candles are also prohibited inside the apartment.

Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and events are not permitted. Unregistered guests and commercial photography or filming are also not permitted without prior approval.
