LAKE HOUSE is located directly on Lake Lucerne in Küssnacht am Rigi. The lakeside promenade, a lovely playground, as well as restaurants, cafés and shops are right on your doorstep.
You can also get around easily without a car. The boat landing is just around the corner, the bus stop is around 3 minutes away on foot, and the train station can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. Lucerne and many other destinations across Central Switzerland are easy to reach by public transport.
LAKE HOUSE is also easy to reach by train from Zurich Airport. If you are arriving by car, a free parking space is available.

Good to know
Thanks to flexible self check-in via the key box, you can arrive independently from 16:00. Check-out is possible until 11:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is gladly possible depending on availability.
Please note that a late departure that delays our cleaning may result in additional charges.
Arriving earlier? You are welcome to leave your luggage with us before check-in by prior arrangement. Simply let us know before your arrival.
During your stay, you have access to a free parking space directly at the property. LAKE HOUSE is also easy to reach by public transport: Küssnacht am Rigi train station is only around 10 minutes away on foot – a pleasant walk along the lake to the accommodation.
LAKE HOUSE is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building and is accessible via stairs. There is no lift.
For direct bookings, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations or in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount is due.
LAKE HOUSE accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. For families, the accommodation is comprehensively equipped – including a baby cot, high chair, children's tableware, toys, board games and a changing mat.
2 bedrooms with double beds, plus a bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area.
Dogs up to around 18 kg or 45 cm in shoulder height and cats are welcome. Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture and must be kept in accordance with the applicable house rules.
Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your pet.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or anywhere inside the building. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of CHF 250.– plus the cost of specialist cleaning and any repairs. Barbecuing on the terrace is not permitted, and the fireplace must also not be used for safety and insurance reasons.
For longer stays of 10 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is included in the price.
For warm days, plenty of fans are available. At the same time, we are already looking into options for future air conditioning at LAKE HOUSE.
Please observe the quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and events are not permitted. Unregistered guests and commercial photo and video shoots are also not permitted without prior approval.
